Step 1
Talk it through
Run the free check-up, call or text Riley, or meet at your shop or job site. Fifteen minutes is usually enough to know what fits, and you're under no obligation.

Step 2
Your order, in writing
You get the pages, any add-ons, and the exact monthly price in writing. Sign it online and pay the first three months ($297 for the Website Plan on its own). Then send your words, photos, and logins through your client portal.

Step 3
Build and preview
We design and build the site (typically up to 2 weeks) and send you a finished preview. Ask for changes and we make them.

Step 4
Launch
You approve the preview and the site goes live on your domain. Month 1 of your plan starts that day.

Step 5
Ongoing care
Send changes whenever you need them; small edits are made within three business days. Backups, updates, and your domain renewal are handled, and a monthly note in your portal shows visitors, uptime, and what changed. Add an add-on any time; it joins your next monthly charge.
