For restaurants, cafés & bakeries

Answer the menu question before the phone rings mid-rush

A mobile-first site that puts the menu, hours, and specials one scroll away, and lets a hungry visitor book or order without calling during service.

How customers choose

What a hungry visitor checks, in about ten seconds

Most people choosing where to eat are standing on a sidewalk or sitting in a car. The page answers what they need in the order they need it.

Are you open right now?

Hours, location, and directions sit right at the top, and they stay correct: send us a change and it's made for you.

What's on the menu tonight?

The menu and today's specials are real text on the page, not a blurry PDF — readable on a phone and visible to Google.

Can I get a table, or order ahead?

A reserve-a-table or order-inquiry button stays in reach the whole way down the page.

What your site includes

Built for how people actually choose where to eat

  • Menu and specials as real text. Readable on a phone, indexed by Google, and kept current when you send us a change.
  • Hours and directions up front. The first thing a visitor looks for, never more than a scroll away.
  • A clear next step. Reserve a table, request a special order, or call — whichever fits how you run service.
  • Guest reviews on the page. The social proof people already look for, right beside the menu.
  • Found on Google Maps. Basic on-page SEO is included, and we can clean up your Google Business Profile.

The problem this solves

Dinner rush, and the phone won't stop

What a coastal kitchen loses when the only way to check tonight's menu is to call during service — and how the layout answers instead.

Before

Customers had to call to ask about tonight's menu, the wait, or the hours — and during a dinner rush, nobody can answer the phone.

After

The menu, specials, hours, and reviews are all one scroll away, with a reserve-a-table button in reach the whole time — so a hungry visitor can decide and book without calling.

On this coast

Where coastal kitchens lose the table

Situations that come up for restaurants, cafés, and bakeries from the Peninsula to Astoria. They're common patterns, not client stories.

Summer staff can't answer the phone during service

With the dining room full and a line at the counter, nobody can stop to read the hours or the menu aloud. The site answers those calls before they're made, and missed-call text-back sends the caller a link to the menu and to reservations.

Visitors search "open now" from the car

Someone driving up the Peninsula or coming off the bridge at four o'clock goes with whatever Google says. If your profile still shows winter hours in July, they drive past. Hours that match on the site and the profile fix that.

Winter hours nobody can find

Many coast kitchens cut days in the off-season. A clear hours block with this season's days, and the same days on Google, keeps a local from driving to a dark window in January.

We work with restaurants, cafés and bakeries across Pacific County and the Astoria area, including Long Beach, Ilwaco, Seaview, South Bend, and Astoria. Every town we serve

Through the year

Ready for the summer rush, still found in winter

Before the season

What to fix by spring, before the summer crowds and the summer staff arrive.

  • Summer hours on the site and the Google profile, set before the first busy weekend.
  • The menu as real text with this year's prices, not last year's PDF.
  • A reserve or order-ahead button that works on a phone, so the phone isn't the only way in.

In the slow months

Fewer covers means time for the things that bring locals back.

  • Winter days and holiday closures posted everywhere at once.
  • Review requests to regulars, and replies to the reviews from summer.
  • Catering and holiday-order requests arriving in one place instead of your texts.
When you're ready for more

Catering and wholesale orders shouldn't live in your inbox

Catering requests and standing wholesale orders arrive by email, text, and phone, then get copied onto a prep list. A focused order board can keep them in one place with the date, headcount, and menu, show what's due this week, and keep each customer posted.

What it costs

Most restaurant sites start small

One monthly price, with the first three months paid up front, then month to month. Add-ons on your first order are about half price for as long as you keep them, and these prices include that. Your order shows the exact monthly price before anything starts — see how it works.

Works with the tools you already use

  • Toast
  • Popmenu
  • Square

Orders and reservations stay in the system you already use. The site puts the menu and a clear Order or Reserve button where Google sends people.

Using something else? If it gives you a booking link or an embed, it works the same way. Online booking: $13 a month when you sign, $25 added later. Names are listed so you can find yours. We're not affiliated with any of these companies.

Straight answers

We already have a Facebook page. Isn't that enough?

It helps, but visitors searching "open now" or "chowder near me" land on Google first, and a website with your real menu text gives Google something to show them. Your Facebook page can link to it.

How do new specials and prices get onto the site?

Send us the new menu prices, hours, or a standing special. There's no editor to learn: send us the change and it's made within three business days. Small edits are included in the Website Plan, and we don't count them. For specials that change every day, the site can link to where you already post them.

Do we have to switch reservation tools?

No. We connect whatever reservation or ordering tool you already use, or recommend a simple one if you don't have one yet.
