For contractors & the trades

Win the estimate, even when you're up on a roof

A phone-first website that answers a homeowner's trust questions before they call, and catches the estimate request when you can't pick up.

How customers choose

Three questions get asked before anyone calls

Someone comparing three contractors is ticking boxes, not reading a mission statement. Your page answers in the order they ask.

Are you licensed and insured?

Your license number, bond, and insurance sit near the top where people can check them, not buried in the footer.

Can I see work near me?

Finished jobs captioned by town (Long Beach, Ilwaco, Seaview) show neighbors your work and give Google real place names.

What happens after I ask?

Four plain steps (call, site visit, written estimate, scheduled work) so nobody has to guess how you run a job.

What your site includes

Built for how a trade business actually gets hired

  • A call button always in reach. It stays under the thumb as people scroll on their phones.
  • License, bond, and insurance up front. The answers people need before they trust you with their house.
  • A project gallery by town. Send us photos of a finished job and the town, and we add them to the gallery.
  • A request-an-estimate form. It catches the 9 p.m. inquiry that would otherwise go to the next name on the list.
  • Found on Google Maps. Basic on-page SEO is included, and we can clean up your Google Business Profile.

The problem this solves

The estimate call that went to voicemail

What it costs a contractor when the only way to reach them is a phone they cannot answer from a roof.

Before

Estimate requests came in by phone only — and from a roof or a job site, calls go to voicemail and the homeowner dials the next contractor on the list.

After

License, insurance, and photos of finished local work answer the trust questions immediately, and the estimate form catches after-hours leads while a call button stays one thumb away.

On this coast

Where coastal trades lose the job

Situations that come up for trades working the Peninsula, Willapa Bay, and the Astoria side. They're common patterns, not client stories.

Quoting jobs across the county from one truck

A contractor working out of Raymond can be asked for a deck in Ocean Park and a roof in Astoria in the same week, a long drive apart. A service-area page names the towns you'll travel to, and the estimate form asks for the town and photos first, so you can price the trip before you make it.

A storm week fills the voicemail

After a winter blow, everyone with a loose roof or a downed fence calls at once, while you're already on a job. Missed-call text-back answers each caller with a link to the estimate form, so the requests line up instead of going to the next name.

Owners who hire from somewhere else

Plenty of coast houses belong to people who live inland and hire by phone, sight unseen. Your license, insurance, and finished jobs captioned by town are what they check before they call, and an accurate Google profile is where they find you.

We work with contractors and trades across Pacific County and the Astoria area, including Ocean Park, Chinook, Raymond, South Bend, Astoria, and Warrenton. Every town we serve

Through the year

Booked for the dry months, easy to find in the wet ones

Before the season

What to have in place by spring, when the building season starts and summer owners come back to their houses.

  • Last year's finished jobs on the site, with photos captioned by town.
  • License, bond, and insurance current on the site and on your Google profile.
  • An estimate form that asks for the town, the job, and photos, so you can sort requests between jobs.

In the slow months

Winter brings storm calls and quieter weeks. Use the quiet ones on the office side.

  • Send review requests to the season's customers, and answer the reviews you already have.
  • Tidy the Google Business Profile: categories, the towns you serve, winter hours.
  • Move quotes and jobs out of the notebook into one list, or a job board if the notebook has stopped working.

When you're ready for more

The website wins the lead. Then the real work starts.

Quotes in a notebook, the schedule on a whiteboard, invoices in a spreadsheet. A focused dashboard can bring them into one place: website leads land on their own, jobs move from new lead to paid, and the crew's week is planned around the weather.

What it costs

Most contractor sites land in one of two places

One monthly price, with the first three months paid up front, then month to month. Add-ons on your first order are about half price for as long as you keep them, and these prices include that. Your order shows the exact monthly price before anything starts — see how it works.

Works with the tools you already use

  • Jobber
  • Housecall Pro

Already take requests in Jobber or Housecall Pro? The estimate button can open your online request or booking form there, so new jobs land in the schedule you already use.

Using something else? If it gives you a booking link or an embed, it works the same way. Online booking: $13 a month when you sign, $25 added later. Names are listed so you can find yours. We're not affiliated with any of these companies.

Contractors & trades

Straight answers

Most of my jobs come from word of mouth. Why do I need a website?

Referrals still look you up before they call. The site is where they check your license, see your finished work, and decide you're real — and it's where they reach you when you can't answer the phone.

How do new jobs get onto the site?

Text or email us the photos and the town. There's no editor to learn: send us the change and it's made within three business days. Small edits are included in the Website Plan, and we don't count them.

What's missed-call text-back?

When you can't answer, the caller automatically gets a text back with a link to your estimate form, so the lead doesn't move on to the next contractor. It's part of the Text & email follow-up add-on.
