Kitchen & Bath Remodels
Full remodels or partial updates. Cabinets, counters, tile, plumbing fixtures, and lighting. We handle permits and keep the dust contained while you live in the house.
Typical timeline: 3–8 weeksDecks & Outdoor Living
New decks, deck rebuilds, covered porches, and windbreaks. We use stainless fasteners and rot-resistant materials because cheap hardware doesn't last a winter out here.

The outside of your house takes the worst of the weather. We install siding, roofing, and windows rated for coastal wind and salt air, flashed and sealed the right way.

Bedrooms, sunrooms, garages, and backyard cottages. We work with Pacific County permitting from day one so your project doesn't stall halfway through.

Wind-lifted roofing, water intrusion, downed limbs through a wall. We tarp and secure first, then give you a written scope for the repair. We work with insurance adjusters regularly.

Seaview — fiber cement siding and new vinyl windows on a 1970s beach house. No more drafts.
Bathroom gut & remodel
Ilwaco — tiled walk-in shower, new subfloor after water damage, heated floor under the tile.
Backyard ADU
Chinook — 480 sq ft guest cottage, permitted through Pacific County, finished in one season.
Storm damage repair
Naselle — wind took a section of roof in January. Tarped same week, full repair done in March.
