Salt-rimmed crusts, wild berries, and the slow rhythm of the tide.
Welcome to Saltwind Pies. Every sunrise, we fold local salt, cold Oregon butter, and freshly gathered coastal ingredients into flaky, golden keepsakes.
Farm & Forest Sourced
Direct from Oregon orchards, wild berry thickets, and coastal salt gatherers.
Baked Fresh Daily
We roll the pastry at 4:00 AM so the glass shelves are warm by the time you walk in.
Coastal Heritage
A cozy haven for beachcombers, locals, and travelers searching for the perfect slice.
A small harbor stove
"Some say it’s the salt air that makes the pastry rise so beautifully."Born from crisp mornings and damp wool blankets.
We started with a simple, salvaged wood-fired oven and a basket of wild blackberries picked along the coast road. We wanted to bake things that tasted like the landscape—rich, deeply comforting, and just slightly touched by the marine breeze.
Today, Saltwind Pies is a quiet gathering spot for those who seek the warmth of real butter, slow conversations, and the sound of waves just beyond our doorstep.
